Ramamoorthy
Vice President and Managing Director
Anand is a seasoned, well-rounded technology executive with 22+ years of global experience building teams, scripting strategies, facilitating change management, growing business, and leading organizational transformation. In this role, he charted to lead and drive one of the fastest ramps in engineering, R&D, services, sales, and operations in India (across sites) for a $27B+ global leader in memory and storage solutions.
Anand started his career in Silicon Valley as a ‘hands-on’ chip designer. After spending 10+ years in the US, he moved back to India 14 years ago.

Executive Vice President - Tech & Products
Scott drives global tech development and engineering, overseeing silicon design to high-value system solutions. With over 120 U.S. patents, he joined Micron in 1995, rising through roles like VP of Process R&D. A member of U.S. Department of Commerce's NIST Industrial Advisory Committee, Scott serves on the boards of Hastings College, SRC, and Idaho Business for Education. Passionate about advancing memory solutions, he shapes Micron's innovative capabilities and market impact.

Senior VP - Technology Development
With a diverse background spanning process and equipment development, manufacturing, and technology transfer, Naga shapes Micron's R&D fabrications in Boise, Idaho. A seasoned expert with a slew of patents and publications, he's a recipient of prestigious engineering awards and holds degrees from the University of Madras, Oklahoma State University, UCLA-Anderson School of Management, National University of Singapore, and UC Berkeley.

Chris brings over 30 years of semiconductor industry expertise to his role. With a track record of leadership at SigmaSense, NXP Semiconductor NV, and Texas Instruments, Chris has spearheaded global semiconductor operations, driving design, product, test engineering, and supply chain delivery. His contributions include turning around operations at NXP Semiconductor, managing global research and design engineering, and leading new product introduction infrastructure.

Sr. Vice President – NAND Solutions
Jason brings extensive expertise in nonvolatile memory engineering to his role. He has led enterprise SSD engineering and flash technology strategy, driving product development and market strategies. At Micron, he leads NAND Components, storage, and Managed NAND products. Jason holds a master's and bachelor's degree in electrical computer engineering and holds over 30 patents.

Cher pioneers innovative solutions to foster a diverse talent ecosystem. With a focus on growth and expansion, she spearheads groundbreaking projects, including the establishment of Micron's first Women Leadership Network in Singapore. Cher's thought leadership extends beyond Micron, as she advocates for women's leadership and DEI development in the semiconductor industry. Recognized for her efforts, Cher has received numerous industry awards, including the Anchor Leadership for MNC 2023 and HRD Asia Hot List HR Leaders 2023.

Sr Director, GEBP - Technology (R&D) & Products
Michelle is an accomplished Global Human Resources professional with a wealth of experience spanning the semiconductor and eCommerce industries. She now plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering organizational effectiveness. With her expertise in HR leadership, she ensures alignment between business objectives and human capital strategies.
Sudipto Sannigrahi
Managing Director - Matrix Partners India
A Product Manager turned VC, Sudipto is excited about investing in marketplaces, advanced manufacturing platforms, and deep-tech companies that are building from India for India and for the world with a special focus on semiconductors. He has invested in over 15 companies in the past 8 years as an early stage VC. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmadabad and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
